Spring Start-ups

Let us get you ready for pool season. Starting your pool the correct way is very important and we know how. Our Spring Start-Ups consist of cleaning your pool, checking your equipment, and filter breakdown and cleaning. We also check all seals and O-rings and replace/lubricate as needed. An in-depth water chemistry test will be done and, if needed, we will adjust your water to bring it to proper levels.

• Removal of winter pool cover
• Removal of winterizing plugs for in-ground pools
• Reassembly and start-up of filtration equipment
• Reassembly of ladders, diving boards, lights, etc.
• Addition of start-up chemicals

Winterizations

Our qualified technicians will exercise a number of preventive measures to prime your pool for its next active season to help you get the most out of your swimming pool. Finish off the season right and preserve the integrity of your pool’s structure by having Maverick Pools provide you with a hassle-free pool winterization.

• Skimming the pool for any heavy debris
• Winterizing the filter equipment (drain, clean and store at customer’s residence if applicable)
• Blowing the pools lines and plugging them
• Adding the winter chemicals
• Covering the pool using the customers existing pool cover

Equipment Repair

Your pool’s equipment will naturally wear out after years of use. It’s important to know whether your old equipment can still get the job done, or if an upgrade is in order. We’ll give you an honest assessment of your pool equipment and our professional recommendations for repairs and upgrades.

We offer repairs and upgrades for all of the major pool equipment distributors. Please note that we charge a service call fee for any requests for equipment repairs or diagnostics.

VGB/ADA Compliance

When servicing an existing pool, Maverick Pools can ensure that it is safe and accessible for any swimmer by providing and installing equipment upgrades so you are in compliance. VGB Compliance - The Virginia Graeme Baker Pool & Spa Safety Act requires all public pools and spas to have specific types of drain covers in addition to other features for the protection and safety of swimmers.

Maverick Pools can make sure any commercial pool has up-to-date pumps and main drains so that it is VGB compliant. ADA Compliance - All public pools must be in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act by being handicap accessible.
