A challenging high-rise project that required great collaboration between our customer and vendors that required a rebuild of an old and unusable pool. Maverick used a crane to assist with construction and demolition on this 10ft floor pool, while still coming in time and within budget and ready for opening of the season.

8 spas with uniquely varying water temperatures and functions, a combination of fountains, waterfalls, hydrotherapy jets, underwater speakers, and lighting installed in the basement of a 100 year old building with 2 foot thick concrete foundations. Did we do it? Yes we did!
A Windy City Wonder
150 Riverside Plaza, Chicago IL
Maverick Pools does more than just pools and spas. In 2016 Clark construction came to us to help them with their project at 150 Riverside in downtown Chicago. The building has a small base which extends out from a concrete spine that runs up the entire building. The building itself is 54 stories and has a large façade that is constantly battered by wind.

Chicago Cubs
In 2015, Maverick Pools collaborated with Pepper construction to install the hydrotherapy pools in the new clubhouse of the Chicago Cubs. The new clubhouse was being installed 30 feet below street level and sits outside of the Wrigley Field footprint. We installed 3 Hydroworks spas, 2 were normal spas and the third was a steel tank spa with an underwater treadmill.
